Huge project, complex architecture.

Started with legacy code, but we ended up upgrading the tech-stack with modern tools and practices.

Tested new approached, developed some PoCs

First project with AI involvement and experimentation as coding assistants.

Developed the new checkout with headless architecture based on SFCC PWA Kit.

Strong focus on testing, both unit and visual regression.

Responsibilities

Part of the entire process for the migration to a headless architecture - from the initial discussions to the final implementation;
Also part of the loyalty team;
Creation of complex and highly reusable front-end components;
Creation and correction of unit tests and visual regression tests;
Maintenance on legacy code (handlebars);
Spikes and investigation to document workflows and old code;
Refactoring code;
Changes on ISML templates;
Post-deploy support;
Technical investigation and risk analysis;
General best practices (Clean Code, GDPR, ADA, etc.);
Peer review on a daily basis;
Agile environment;
